Project Overview
The project transformed an unfinished commercial space into a brighter, more polished interior. The suspended system conceals the overhead structure while retaining convenient access to the services above—an efficient solution for offices, retail spaces and other working environments.
The Installation Process
From Exposed Structure to a Finished Ceiling
Before Installation
The overhead structure and building services were exposed. Accurate site measurement and careful planning established the ceiling height, grid layout and interfaces around walls, columns and existing services.
Installation in Progress
The suspended T-bar grid was installed, aligned and levelled to form the supporting framework. Acoustic ceiling tiles were then fitted progressively across the space.
Openings were coordinated for air conditioning vents and other ceiling services, while junctions at the walls, columns and windows were measured and cut for a consistent perimeter finish.
A Clean, Practical Result
The completed ceiling replaces the exposed structure with a bright, uniform surface. White acoustic tiles complement the natural light from the large windows, while the accessible grid keeps overhead services practical for future inspection and maintenance.

HVAC Integration
Air conditioning vents were positioned neatly within the grid, allowing the mechanical services to read as part of the overall ceiling layout.
Perimeter & Column Finishing
Tiles and perimeter trims were measured and cut to follow the surrounding walls and structural columns, reducing irregular gaps and maintaining a consistent finish.
